Just in time for the holidays!  Good Smile Company is bringing joy to Death Note fans with its release of Nendroid "L" Reindeer Version PVC Figure!  This release features fan favorite detective "L", creatively dressed in a reindeer costume.  Since this is part of Good Smile Company's Nendroid series of pvc figures, the head is enormously out of proportion to the rest of the body.

Reindeer "L" stands 4 1/2 inches tall, and comes with a reindeer hat and a snowflake sprinkled red sled as accessories (pic 2).  The manufacturer also includes a stand (pic 3), which is a much needed accessory for this product since the big head makes the body totally off balance.

The only reservation we have with this release is the hands.  The hands are curved with small holes, like a Lego figure's hands.  The holes are meant to allow "L" to grab onto the string attached to the sled.  However, the holes in the hands are still too big to grab onto the string.  Therefore, the best pose for "L" may well be without the sled (pic 4).

We really appreciate the "L"-as-reindeer concept, and we believe "L" fans will really dig this figure.  Good Smile Company's Death Note: Nendroid "L" Reindeer Version PVC Figure is the perfect note for the holidays.
